Store Policy
Protecting Our Business & Employees
At Reval Distributor LLC, we operate as a wholesale and distribution company. Our ability to serve customers, maintain competitive pricing, and pay our employees depends directly on running a profitable business. For that reason, the following policies apply to every order:
1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to approval and availability.
- All Orders are finally once shipping labels are created, because that means that the order is pulled from the shelf, packaged and measured.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Reval Distributor is not liable for loss or theft after delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a safe delivery location.
- Packaged are insured for your protection (up to $100 free of charge)
3. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or unclaimed at pickup will be refunded minus shipping charges (both ways, if applicable) and a 20% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items (see Section 5) will not be refunded even if refused at delivery.

Reshipments require a new order to be placed.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges are processed as new orders; a return must be completed first. A 5% exchange fee may apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable goods (food, beverages, supplements)

Personal care / hygiene products

Custom or special orders
-
Hazardous, flammable, or restricted materials
6. Damaged or Defective Products

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Take pictures of the package as soon as you receive the damaged package.
- Pictures of the damage ( Exterior and interior)
- 4-6 Pictures total is required for insurance claims

Claims filed after 14 days of shipment are ineligible.

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
7. Local Pickup Orders

Orders must be picked up within 7 of notification.

Orders canceled after 3 days or not picked up within the 7-day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
8. Policy Enforcement

Reval Distributor reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
