Shipping policy
After an order is placed, we should have it delivered to a shipping company within 1-2 Business Days unless there is a delay. The shipping company, depending on the order, usually takes around 1-3 days to deliver to your location. The total time it takes us to deliver an order on average is about 4 days.
All lighters are shipped through Ground.
Any other option for shipping will be canceled.
We will contact customer and notify them ahead of time.
Shipping costs at checkout is the sum of carrier delivery and shipping materials/packaging.
All shipping methods at checkout are insured up to $100 excluding UPS Ground Saver. See below attachment for more details:
